Who can receive food from Leicester Baptist Church Food Pantry?
Our food distributions are intended for Buncombe and Madison County residents in need of food assistance.
What information do I have to give?
We only ask for a name, phone number and the number of family members in your household.
How does the distribution work?
Currently, we are in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis and distributions will be held as follows until further notice:
- Clients will be served by a drive up/no touch
- We ask that you do not come early and do not get out of your vehicle, as we are having to work strategically to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
- Items will be pre-boxed based on the size of your household.
Where is the distribution located?
The distribution takes place out of our fellowship hall, which is a metal building located right behind the church building. As previously stated, clients will currently be served from their vehicles.
Where does the inventory come from?
